**About the Role**
- Part-Time Permanent
- Classification: Health Professional Level 3 with a salary range of $100,637 - $114,449 or Registered Nurse Level 3 $110,537 - $116,564 pro rata per annum + Superannuation

Neami National is a community mental health service supporting people living with mental illness to improve their health, live independently and pursue a life based on their own strengths, values and goals.

**About your new role**

As the Clinical Lead, you will lead a team of clinicians and be responsible for providing clinical oversight and leadership to the multidisciplinary mental health team of the Adelaide HtH PDIS.

The Clinical Lead will guide the delivery of high-quality mental health intake, assessment, triage, and referral services for individuals in the community who experience mental health issues and are seeking support. A priority of the role is to connect people seamlessly to the most appropriate local service to meet their identified needs, consistent with the ‘stepped care’ approach.

**What you will bring to the role?**
- Substantial work experience delivering clinical and or psycho-social interventions with consumers experiencing mental health concerns.
- Proven ability to; use initiative and encourage collaborative teamwork, maintain confidentiality and build trust to deal with sensitive and difficult situations in an empathetic manner; adapt communication style to meet the needs of a diverse range of people; and to work productively in a changing and agile environment.
- Compliant with SA Health workplace health and safety requirements, including Requirements for Workers in Healthcare Settings.

**What the role requires**:

- National Criminal History Check (Police check) - disclosable outcomes considered
- Current Working with Children Check required before commencement of work
- Current AHPRA or AASW registration
- Current Drivers licence
- Australian Working Rights
- As part of Neami’s condition of employment you will need to provide appropriate evidence of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (having received three doses) to Neami National.
