Circle Health Medical Centre Pharmacy is located within a state-of-the-art Medical Hub including GP’s, dentists, specialists & other health services just to name a few.

We are currently seeking a Part time Pharmacy Student / Dispensary Technician to work across 2-3 weekdays, and alternate Sat 9am-1pm approximately 20 hours per week.

Shifts flexible - ideal to fit around studies or school children pick up/drop off. (Students studying other healthcare areas that are keen to learn will also be considered)

Duties include:

- Warm and friendly customer service and patient care
- Identifying customer and patient needs
- Liaising and communicating with other health professionals and providers
- Matching relevant OTC solutions with expert advice and product knowledge
- Assisting in coordinating and maintaining cohesive workflow of dispensary, front-of-shop, and vaccination clinics
- Dispensary stock control and maintenance
- "Webster" Blister packing of medication
- Other operational, maintenance and housekeeping duties
- Adhere to OH&S measures

- Highly self-motivated
- Work cohesively in joining our team
- Previous pharmacy or retail experience preferred
- Certificate in Pharmacy S2 / S3 Training
- Certificate II or higher in Community Pharmacy (highly advantageous)
- Dispensary Technician qualification and experience (highly advantageous)
- Current Certificate in First Aid: HLTAID003/HLTAID011 & CPR: HLTAID001/HLTAID009 (highly advantageous)
- Fluent in second language: Greek, Italian, Serbian (highly advantageous)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Pharmacy: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Italian / Greek / Serbian (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Certificate in S2 & S3 Medicines (preferred)
- Certificate in Community Pharmacy (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
