As a Toddler and Kindy Room Leader, your key responsibilities include:
1. Curriculum Development: Design and implement engaging curriculum and activities for toddlers and kindy-aged children.

2. Room Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.

3. Leadership: Provide guidance and support to educators, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

4. Individualized Care: Develop strong relationships with children and families, tailoring care to their needs.

5. Observations and Assessments: Monitor children's development and document progress.

6. Communication: Maintain open communication with families, colleagues, and management.

7. Professional Development: Engage in ongoing learning to enhance skills and knowledge.

8. Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and maintain a safe environment.

9. Community Engagement: Build positive relationships within the community to support children and families.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.92 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
