Join a growing and innovative custom home builder, with a growing young team, headquartered in Box Hill, Sydney. With a footprint across the entire Sydney region, we take pride in our commitment to delivering exceptional projects for our clients.
**Our Location**: Currently situated in the heart of Box Hill, our central office serves as the nerve center for our diverse projects throughout Sydney. However, we are looking to move to an office in Bella Vista in 2024.

As a Colour Consultant/Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships through exceptional communication, problem resolution, and personalized service. As well as assist them in selecting the features and detailing of their dream homes. Your primary goal will be to exceed customer expectations and contribute to the overall success of our business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and personalized interactions.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide product/service information and assistance to customers.
- Keep accurate records of customer's selections and transactions.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a customer service or relationship management capacity.
- Any experience/passion in interior design.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- New and fresh Ideas, and a great attitude above all.
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hours per day, 5-6 days per week depending on preference
Supplemental pay types:
- 3% Commission on all upgrades
- Performance bonus for achieving 4 or 5 stars in customer service reviews
- Commission for sales and referrals
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Some experience or passion in interior design
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
Ability to Commute:
- Box Hill, NSW 2765 (required)

**Salary**: $65,000.00 per year
