Our client is a leading Victoria-based Occupational Rehabilitation provider with over 30 years of experience.

With a wide variety of Allied Health professionals in the business, they are experts in who understand the needs of workers and businesses.

You will be enrolled on a tailored induction programme to help you learn the role, you will also continue to receive ongoing support with coaching and mentoring.

**What you will be doing**:

- Conducting assessments of worksites, functionalities, ergonomics, equipment, and homes.
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
- Coordinating with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to reach outcomes that are suitable for everyone involved.
- Creating, executing, and supervising initiatives that support injured employees in reintegrating into the workforce.

**What you will need**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
- Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
- While experience is preferred it is not essential
