MJD is currently working on an exciting
**full-time opportunity** within a corporate company who are seeking a receptionist to join their friendly and supportive team The role will be exposed to a mixture of office, administration, and reception work, the ideal employee will have a welcoming personality who can demonstrate attention to detail and is eager to learn.

This organisation takes a lot of pride in the excellent service and experience they provide. This role is integral in the functioning of the office and responsible for providing a positive first impression of the organisation. The position is essential in maintaining the smooth flow of information between the staff and its members.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Proving administrative support for the company.
- Reception - answering and redirecting incoming calls and welcoming visitors.
- Responsible for all office administration duties including stationery, monitoring of supplies, organising mail and couriers and managing office repairs and maintenance.
- Organising meeting rooms ahead of board meetings, including organising catering.
- Printing and preparing documents ahead of meetings.
- Scheduling in bookings and meetings.

- **Great personal presentation and corporate attire**:

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Self starter, that enjoys working in a highly motivated, dynamic team environment.
- Sensitive to highly confidential information.
- Ability to work as part of a broader team.
- **1-2 years' of experience in an administrative or receptionist capacity.**
