What are we looking for?

We are now seeking a Receptionist/Trainee Junior Legal Assistant to join our thriving Bendigo office. This role is a full-time opportunity and a great introduction to the Work + Road team.
- This exciting role will have you supporting our overall business in reception and our WorkCover and TAC teams where you will be liaising directly with Bendigo team and clients. It will also have you responsible for:
- Attending to client queries and telephone calls
- Arranging appointments and diary management
- Preparing meeting rooms and video conference bookings
- General banking duties
- Paying invoices
- Archiving
- File and mail management
- All other administrative tasks

What will you bring?- Experience with Microsoft office suite
- Outstanding communication and customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- A willingness to learn
- Experience in professional services or previous front of house reception experience preferred but not essential
