Care for 5yo

**Our Family**:

- Hi, My husband & I currently have two gorgeous young boys (aged 5 and 3) and we are having a third baby boy in Jan Our 5yo is starting school at the end of Jan & our 3yo will go to kinder 4 days a week. We are looking to get some help from someone on weekdays around the tricky 'pick up' time of day - from approx 2.30/3pm - 5.30/6pm. Probably 3 or 4 days a week. We are a caring, kind, genuine and friendly family. We don't have any grandparent support in the state so we are looking to expand our support network for the times when we need help, but in particular, in the first 6 months of adding another baby in to the household Thanks

**Your Duties**:

- We are looking to get some help from someone on weekdays around the tricky 'pick up' time of day - from approx 2.30/3pm - 5.30/6pm. Probably 3 or 4 days a week. The help could be anything from picking up & looking after/playing with the two older boys, whilst I look after our newborn, or vice versa. And/or doing some things to help around the house (getting kids dinner prepared, doing some washing/folding/tidying etc). It is difficult for me to judge exactly what & how much help we will need before the baby is born, and so the requirements/timings might change over time - but this is what I imagine will be the most helpful at the moment.

**Our Perfect Caregiver**:

- We are looking for someone who is reliable, practical and proactive. But also someone who is able to get down on the kids level to play, and can make things fun. Our boys are mostly kind and well behaved, but they love someone who can be silly and play with them, and they are more likely to follow instructions and do what's asked of them if it can be made to be amusing at the same time. Ideally, we'd like someone who is capable when it comes to preparing kids meals for dinner, or doing some house duties like tidying/washing etc. We'd also ideally like someone who is comfortable looking after a baby if it turns out that I need to do something with the older boys. This wouldn't be feeding the baby, but mainly supervising it/comforting it/bathing it or changing it. Would this possibly be something you might be interested in?
