Content Creator

**Role**:
We’re looking for a fun, positive, energetic and passionate Content Creator to lead our venture into Tik Tok & to continue building our existing social media channels primarily through short form videos. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple youthful and fun apparel brands. The role requires you to be on site.

The ideal person for this role will need to be self motivated, be able to work both independently and as part of a small team, and have a good understanding of social media platforms. They will need to stay up to date with the latest trends in social media and leverage their creativity to create content that stands out.

We are located within a new co-working/co-warehousing community. The space has amazing facilities including a photo studio, podcast room, free parking and more

**What You’ll Do**:
1. Create, edit and publish regular video content for our social media platforms to drive brand growth.

2. Manage our social media platforms and engage with followers and customers.
3. Organise and manage content from external creators.
4. Strategise and drive our social media content and growth strategy.
5. Provide creative input and collaborate on marketing campaigns.

**About You**:
1. Content Creation - You are passionate about creating fun and engaging content. You regularly use and create video content for social media platforms and are experienced in using platform specific content creation tools for TikTok, IG Reels etc.

2. Post Production - You have experience in using post production software (Canva, Adobe Suite etc) to refine and deliver content that is on brand.

3. You exude creativity and have the ability to create content to make even the most routine things look fun and exciting

4. You have a strong understanding of social media platforms, their data and analytics and best practices.

5. You are comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.

6. You are a self learner and have the ability and drive to learn new skills.

7. You have strong written and verbal communication skills and pay attention to detail.

8. Ability to work independently and are self motivated.

9. You don’t take yourself too seriously.

Extra points if you have retail experience and are keen to learn other aspects of running a small business

Pay: $52,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
