Data#3 is now seeking an individual to coordinate and perform administrative and operational activities and checks to support the operational efficiency of the Warehouse & Integration Centre.

**In this role you will**:

- Provide support for EOM processing, system updates, and general administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency in all warehouses nationally.
- Identify and resolve issues related to returns, picking, receipting, putaway, shipping, and consignment orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory management.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Manager and liaise with vendors and service providers as needed.
- Respond promptly to internal and external customer queries and achieve agreed SLA targets.
- Actively contribute to quality assurance programs to meet ISO 9001 standards.

**About You**
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role, preferably in logistics or warehousing, with desired experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general computer technologies and Microsoft Office suite.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with strong negotiation and problem resolution abilities.
- Focused on customer outcomes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and an innovative approach to business improvement.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet targets and deadlines, while maintaining discretion and integrity in customer and supplier interactions.
