Business Process Outsourcing Coordinator

**BPO Coordinator**
**Overview**:
This role will be a remote position and responsible for assisting the BPO Manager with coordinating various operational teams and functions to ensure operational efficiency, effectiveness, and growth. This role requires strong team leadership, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), solid analytical skills, and an ability to facilitate collaboration across internal and external teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee Vendor activity
- Review Vendor reports for discrepancies and reconcile issues
- Track issues in Vendor work quality
- Lead CSS team
- Coordinate escalation efforts
- Provide ongoing team training and coaching
- Maintain and distribute relevant team documentation
- Collaborate with internal and external managers as POC
- Facilitate service excellence
- Monitor Vendor work quality and report issues to BPO
- Continuously monitor team chats
- Regularly meet with BPO to review dashboards and make recommendations for improvements
- Assist and support BPO with project deliverables
- Additional duties as needed/requested
**Requirements**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated capacity to grasp multiple technologies
- Detail oriented with the ability motivate teams
- Ability to develop and deliver training
- Committed problem solver.
- Works well in a fast-paced environment.
- with a sense of urgency.
- Strong organization skills.
- Able to document and follow procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office products i.e., Excel, Word, PPP
- Quick learner
- Collaborating with multiple departments internally and externally.
