The Circuit Protection, and Controls (CPC) Division at Eaton Electrical reflects a long tradition of creating solutions that enhance electrical safety, reliability, code compliance and efficient power distribution in alternative energy, commercial, industrial, and mining operations. These include circuit breakers, vacuum interrupters, fuses, and fuse holders.

**Key Duties**:

- Drive business performance improvement by identifying and implementing continuous process improvement program.
- Oversee and manage the channel partner agreement process including updating renewal, cancellation, due diligence, approval, and cancellation.
- Prepare and participate in the weekly/monthly forecasting meetings.
- Prepare and participate in the annual profit planning process by providing relevant data and insights to enable decision making.
- Reconcile and administer channel partner rebates and incentive programs and prepare for finance to sign off monthly.
- Manage marketing fund allocation and approval process. Communicate MDF allocation by customer. Submit MDF allocation for financial accrual.
- Prepare and provide to APAC the channel reporting requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years of experience in an accounting or financial analyst role analysing profit and loss, balance sheets, cashflows or forecasting.
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Accounting, CPA or CA Qualified highly desired.
- Experience in a multinational company within manufacturing or industrial is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP and highly proficient in advanced Excel (Macros and Look Ups).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
