$140k - $150k base + super + vehicle, negotiable based on experience

ConsultANZ is looking for a Piling Supervisor to work on exciting projects across Perth, Western Australia

**Main Duties**

To coordinates activities of workers engaged in piling and ground improvements for structures, such as bridges and retaining walls for earth embankments, such as cofferdams:

- To directs workers engaged in operating machines to drive piling and sheets.
- Responsible for ensuring all quality assurance on-site.
- Enforcing all OH&S procedures.
- Management of Staff and labour of own team and sub-contractors.

**About You**
- A minimum of 10 years' experience working as a Foreman/Supervisor within the civil infrastructure sector.
- A thorough understanding of the civil works delivery including Piling and ground improvements.
- In-depth knowledge of Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental compliances
- A proven track record of mentoring and helping junior members of staff (leading hand etc.)
- The ability to work alongside Project Managers to deliver projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
