Trio Automotive Group Queensland P/L operate the local RACQ ESP in Gympie to Hervey Bay and are currently seeking an Additional Tow Truck Operators in Gympie area.

Your responsibilities will range from Unlocking Vehicles, Changing tyres to doing Accident & Breakdown Tows to any location Requested by the customer and Depot duties. this job is not just a driving job.

Your primary focus will be on member satisfaction and customer service.

Skills & Experience
- Minimum Open MR Truck licence required & Ability to Obtain a Tow Authority Licence
- Must be able to do Yard duties
- Able to get a Tow Authority Licence
- Mechanically Inclined
- Quick Learner
- Ability to hit KPI's
- Excellent customer service
- Good with Computers and phones
- Great communication
- Safety focused
- Problem solving skills
- Flexible availability
- Hunger & passion to succeed
- Must Live in the Area (15km from Gympie CBD)

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Monthly bonus
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gympie QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Truck Driving: 1 year (preferred)
- Local Area: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
