The Change team are a pivotal internal team that partner with our business, support our leaders, understand our people, and help them to adapt to the new or different, while improving outcomes for our members and the WA community.

As a Change Manager you will be working closely with Leaders to support change management and communications for one of our largest Operational businesses. Focusing on ensuring positive change outcomes and engaging communications that represent RAC brand and business unit objectives.

This position will be offered as a 12 month max term contract, as full time or Part time - with the opportunity to work from home and in our Joondalup/West Perth office locations.

What will you be doing ?
- Building relationships and liaising with key stakeholders to define communications needs and solutions
- Developing and implementing the overarching communications strategy, communication and change plans
- Coaching and briefing leaders in the delivery of communications
- Managing the intranet platform
- Driving communications activities and initiatives aligned with project, corporate communications strategies and business strategy
- Building effective relationships with the RAC group communications team to ensure alignment

What are we looking for?
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to write for a variety of audiences
- Experience working in a similar size organisation, preferably within a change team
- Demonstrated experience in developing in-house communications measuring the effectiveness of these strategies and reporting on them
- Experienced in coaching and guiding management on complex change communication challenges
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to effectively influence staff and stakeholders at all levels within in an organisation
- Experience working on business projects requiring significant change management activities either in an internal communications and/or change management capacity
