**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for rendering by cleaning, repairing, and priming as necessary.
- Texture and finish rendered surfaces according to project specifications and design requirements.
- Work with precision to achieve smooth finishes and sharp edges, paying close attention to detail.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other tradespeople to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition, reporting any issues or concerns to the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cement Renderer and Silicone Worker or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and project specifications.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual skill.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
