**What this opportunity involves**:
Are you a customer service-oriented professional with a passion for creating exceptional experiences? We are seeking a Head Concierge to join our team at Melbourne Quarter Tower. Reporting to the Customer Relationship Manager and working closely with various stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding services to our customers and visitors.

**An overview of the role**:
Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers and visitors, ensuring first impressions count.
Assist and provide direction based on customer requests.
Maintain the presentability of Front of House areas and report any issues requiring attention.
Offer guidance and assistance with local amenities and services.
Provide VIP Meet and Greet services, including escorting customers and visitors.
Promote retail tenancies and community engagement events in and around the building.
Offer hotel-style concierge and lifestyle services such as transport arrangements, restaurant bookings, and event coordination.
Act as the ultimate host/co-host for community engagement events and initiatives.
Collaborate with the Customer Relationship Manager to enhance the customer experience.
Develop and manage a concierge relief system, coordinating staffing requirements accordingly.
Foster positive teamwork by acknowledging and praising colleagues' good work and upholding team standards.
Attend building events, meetings, and training sessions as directed by building management.
Adhere to building WHS policies, procedures, and emergency protocols.
Lead, inspire, and develop the concierge team to deliver exceptional service consistently.
Handle other reasonable requests and tasks that contribute to achieving team objectives.

One-team attitude with all members of the Building Management team and partners.
Natural initiative and professional presentation.
Flexibility with start and finish times.
Prior customer service experience is essential.
Exceptional multitasking abilities while maintaining a positive outlook.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sound computer skills.
Additional language skills are desired but not essential.
Certification in Hospitality/Business is desired but not essential.
First Aid Officer certification is desired or willingness to be trained.
