Your contribution within this team will provide machine health analysis and recommendations which will align with our Strategic Plan objectives.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting directly to the Customer Solutions Manager within our Customer Solutions Group, your key responsibilities will be as follows:

- Provide interpretation, analysis and recommendations from various condition monitoring sources
- Grow and maintain the asset population covered by a condition monitoring agreement
- Generate quality actionable sales leads for the product support sales team
- Provide asset insight reports to support sales activities

**ABOUT YOU**

**Ideally you will have the following experience and attributes**:

- Mechanical trade or equivalent technical experience is desirable
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proven experience in servicing or supporting Caterpillar products
- Previous experience with data analysis and reporting
- Understands the importance of maintaining confidential information
- Ability to plan, be organised and manage time effectively
- A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
