**About Us**

Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Contracts Manager to join our Project Delivery Group (PDG) in Perth.

PDG helps clients reach their business goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure** world-class project delivery** through the skills of our people, methodologies, governance, and systems. Our engineering and project management and construction disciplines ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable delivery of projects globally across the metals and mining, infrastructure, and energy sectors.

**About the Role**

Systematic and efficient management of Contract formation, execution/administration, and analysis to maximize financial, scope and schedule related performance and minimize risk is essential to your success in this role.

**About You**

To be considered for this role, you will possess the following essential skills and experience:

- Engineering or Business degree and extensive experience in domestic and international contract management activities.
- Extensive experience in a Major project delivery environment
- Related training in Contracts/Legal as well as general project and management related training
- Experience with drafting of commercial terms and conditions and an understanding of accompanying legal implications
- Excellent understanding of Contract processes
- Experience in the administration of construction/service contracts
