**Key Responsibilities**
- Create a welcoming and safe environment for carers and consumers.
- Provide compassionate support and referrals to therapeutic resources.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery.
- Contribute to service design discussions and improvement initiatives.
- Participate in professional development and reflective practice.

**Requirements and Attributes**
- Lived experience as a Carer.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adaptively.
- Understanding of carer's challenges and a commitment to social models of health.
- Comfortable with diversity and digital environments.
- Preparedness for evening and/or Saturday work.
- Background in mental health or Carer support programs.
- First Nations or culturally diverse background.
- Current Australian drivers' license.
