**About Us**:
QE Foodstores is a group of independent Australian family-owned grocery stores located across 11 Sydney locations in the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs and North Sydney.

**About the role**:
We are currently looking for a Floral Merchandiser to fill a permanent part-time 3 day per week role. The Floral Merchandiser is responsible for setting up and managing the floral displays in all QE Foodstores retail outlets.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, keen, and possesses a natural flair for presentation. This position requires you to have your own reliable transport with early morning start times a necessity for the role.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Merchandising QE Foodstores floral product range and displays at all 11 retail outlets
- Create point of sale displays, ensuring the product is well-stocked and maintained
- Checking stock levels for stores, liaising with Store Managers
- Bringing stock onto shop floor, unpack, and display
- Clean display area and check stock quality
- Customer service with Store Managers and Cluster Managers
- Purchase fresh flowers and collecting them from the QE Foodstores Warehouse for delivery to stores
- Employee training and coaching on how to maintain arrangements and product knowledge to assist with sales
- Comply with Workplace Health and Safety policies
- Live the Company Values

**Key Competencies**
- Must have your own reliable car
- Current NSW Drivers licence
- Experience in floristry, and working in a similar capacity
- Ability to work early mornings
- High level attention to detail
- Reliable and physically fit with the ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent knowledge of WHS
- Creative flair and the ability to bring ideas to life
- Passion and enthusiasm, with a love for what you do and a very “hands on” approach
