**Job Summary**: The Transport Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of products to our customers and their locations. This role involves coordinating logistics, coordinating drivers and trucks and maintaining accurate records to support the smooth operation of our transport services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Logistics Management**: Plan, schedule, and coordinate the transportation of products to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations.
- **Driver Coordination**: Assign trucks and loads to drivers, ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with company policies.
- **Communication**: Serve as the main point of contact for drivers, customers, and internal departments regarding delivery schedules and issues.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of transport activities, including delivery logs, vehicle maintenance schedules, and driver hours.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all transport activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve any issues or delays in the delivery process promptly and efficiently.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities to improve transport processes and implement best practices to enhance service delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- **Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in using transport management systems.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of transport regulations and safety standards.
