Landfill Supervisor

This position is based at the Henderson Waste Recovery Park and will require you to coordinate best practise landfill construction and maintenance, licence compliance, leachate management and materials recovery within the landfill operation and the site generally.

A core part of this position will be coordinating operations and providing guidance and training for employees, ensuring quality control and safety within the landfill operations.

To succeed in the role you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in operating all landfill plant, creating daily cells and constructing final batters.
- Demonstrated experience to successfully manage staff and contractor teams in a supervisory role.
- Highly developed landfill machine operating and training skills.
- Substantial experience in occupational health and safety principles.
- Sound verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound organisational and time management skills.
- Sound experience in estimating, cost control and budgeting.

**Salary**: $93,707 - $100,922 per annum plus superannuation.
