About the Role
Provide a defined range of clinical support tasks for patients relating to components of the medicines management cycle, in line with professional standards with appropriate training, supervision and competency assessment.
Continually develop operational practice knowledge, skills and expertise through self-directed learning, active learning within a team environment and engaging in professional development activities, including participating in the performance appraisal and development plans.
Assist in the identification, development, implementation and/or review of clinical practices, procedures and protocols in work areas using the principles of evidence-based practice under the guidance of senior staff.
