**Job description**:
Are you an experienced D365 Test Lead looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and fast-paced project environment? A key government department in Brisbane is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Lead to join their small but very experienced project team.

In this role, you will be working closely with vendors to plan, manage, implement, and report on all aspects of testing for a key government organisation in Brisbane. You will be responsible for developing the testing strategy and plan, implementing unit testing, coordinating all activities and dependencies of UAT, and leading integration testing and regression testing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive testing strategy and plan for the Resource Authority Register Project, covering unit, integration, and regression testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify testing resources and define the scope of testing activities.
- Plan, manage, and oversee the preparation and execution of testing activities, ensuring that plans and schedules are approved by relevant parties.
- Produce and maintain testing artefacts, such as testing scripts and acceptance criteria, and coordinate resources for environment and data preparation.
- Manage and lead the testing team, providing guidance and direction to ensure that testing activities are aligned with the defined strategy and policies.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure successful delivery of the project.
- Effectively communicate progress and test results to stakeholders at varying levels of the program.
- Provide support in the triage of defects and issues, and ensure that identified issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

**About You**:

- ** Bring expertise in Microsoft Dynamics testing, with a preference for those with at least three years of experience in Dynamics 365.**:

- Bring at least 8 years of experience with complex ICT projects, and a minimum of 5 years in a Test Lead role.
- Possess strong stakeholder and people management skills, with a background in supporting business testing and acceptance.
- Have experience in IT delivery supporting business transformation programs and in risk-based testing scope management.
- Experience working with government organisations (preferable but not mandatory)
- Experience with financial transactions and associated business rules/processes.
