**About the centre**: This Centre is a not-for-profit establishment dedicated to providing exceptional care and education to young children. The centre embraces the Reggio Emilia Approach, valuing each child’s unique capabilities and fostering a supportive environment for growth and development.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in the implementation of the Reggio Emilia Approach to early childhood education.
Provide high-quality care and support for children aged 0 - 2 years old.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging educational programs.
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
Maintain a safe and clean environment that complies with health and safety regulations.

**Key Requirements**:
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
Minimum 2- 3 years’ experience working in a similar role.
A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
