_**Production Machine Operator & Setter**_

Multi Slide Industries are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Production Machine Operator & Setter to assist with setting-up and running production equipment.

Main duties and responsibilities will include:

- Set up and change over special tooling in manufacturing machines.
- Operate production equipment in at safe and efficient manner to produce quality products.
- Comply with all safety standards, quality requirements and operating procedures.
- Record production and quality performance as required.
- Communicate effectively with others.
- The types of machines involved may include CNC bending machines, mechanical press type machines, as well as spot-welding equipment.

Skills & personal attributes required:

- Physically fit, healthy, and capable of doing repetitive work.
- Good communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good mechanical aptitude and good problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Motivated and willing to learn. Training on how to set up and/or program the machines will be provided, but we need you to be motivated and willing to learn.
- A manufacturing background with hands on experience in setting up production equipment and / or die setting experience would be highly regarded,

The role will initially be a casual role, with the potential to move to permanent in the future, if the person proves to be a good fit for the role.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edwardstown, SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- production: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (required)
