**Procurement Expediter**

Residential Full Time Position

**About the Role**
high standard to support the purchasing function of the Procurement Team and provide purchasing support
where required.

**Responsibilities include**:

- adjust stock item details if required;
- expediting purchase orders to a schedule and by request;
- provide expediting reports to supervisors as required;
- undertake backorder reporting to schedule and as requested;
- assist with the review and adjustment of lead times as required, clearly communicating to key stakeholders
- any changes;- liaise with stakeholders across site, to understand changing business needs;
- grow professional relationships with various internal and external stakeholders;
- provide coverage for leave of Procurement Administrator;
- document any process issues, and recommend improvements to Procurement Coordinator; and
- support other members of the Procurement team where appropriate.

The incumbent should have the following skills and/or experience:

- completion of secondary school education or equivalent;
- experience in a similar or equivalent role;
- Mathematics and English to at least year 12 level;
- experience in warehousing or supply chain;
- intermediate skills in Microsoft Dynamics (or other ERP);
- high level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel);
- excellent attention to detail;
- Outstanding time management skills; and
- highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
