This position is offered as full-time employment, working Monday to Friday We are seeking a well organised Practice Manager to lead an established team to facilitate the day to day running of a busy 12 Doctor Accredited Practice. Reporting to the Director (1), this role incorporates full leadership of the practice operational goals and offers the opportunity to drive this business to reach its full potential.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Leadership of the administration and clinical team
- Human Resources - hiring, training and performance management
- Monitoring practice efficiency and streamlining processes
- Monitoring practice revenue streams and debtors
- Managing IT troubleshooting and IT efficiency
- Managing practice Marketing and opportunities to enhance business opportunities

**Essential applicant attributes**:

- Previous experience in a Practice/Operational Manager role
- Experience in HR/Team Leadership, staff rostering, performance management and leave allocation viewed favourably
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks according to importance and acuity
- Experience in a practice with multiple Doctors viewed favourably
- Excellent communication skills with patients and staff - empathy for a range of patient demographics and needs
- Experience of managing a practice budget and ability to work with bookkeeping software Xero for accounts payable/receivable and payroll
- Strong general computer skills including use of Medical Software

**Salary**: $ 100000 per annum plus Super.
