**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs in the Preschool Room.
- Develop and implement a stimulating and developmentally appropriate curriculum in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing individualized support and guidance as needed.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and center policies.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Teaching (ECT).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
