PM Advantage Reports is a small family run business growing rapidly, supporting Property Managers with Property Condition Reports from Mandurah all the way to Perth

If you love talking to people and getting out and about then this is the role for you As an inspector, your day to day role would be:

- Going to various Real Estate offices to collect and then return keys for your day's inspections (sometimes there are lockboxes on site, YAY)
- Creating Property Condition Reports - Taking detailed photos and providing very detailed notes/recording of any issues
- Uploading photos

Working from Home once completed at properties for the day or working remotely at Properties. All of the work is done on the road or from home. We offer flexibility and trust to all Inspectors and allow you to work unsupervised

What will you bring?
- A very good eye for detail and small imperfections
- IPhone/Ipad
- Laptop/Computer with access to reliable wifi
- Reliable car and current valid license to drive
- Ability to work unsupervised on your own but also be able to work in a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
