**About this role**

Day to day you will be:

- Managing inbound enquiries
- Advising and discussing course opportunities with potential students
- Ethically converting enquiries into enrolments
- Achieving enrolment targets and KPI's
- Providing guidance and support throughout the enrolment process
- Creating strategies to increase sales and enquiries and the ability to take ownership of this position

This role is **Part-time**, requiring four (4) days with the below options:

- Option 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Option 2 - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday

**About you**:

- Well presented, self-motivated and has exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills including; written, verbal, great time management skills with the ability to priorities and manage tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated achievement of hitting targets and goals
- A team player with a "can-do" attitude and commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Enthusiastic, forward thinking and extremely proactive
- The ability to build rapport and display confidence
- The ability to work unsupervised and as a team
- Attention to detail with the ability to perform your role at a high standard
- Relevant sales experience essential (working in the education sector preferable but not essential)
- Marketing experience
- Experience in programs such as Adobe Design Suite, Canvas, etc a bonus
- The ability and desire to grow with the college

Relevant RTO experience including knowledge of VET Student Loans and government funding (Skills first) will be viewed favourably.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
