**The key responsibilities and duties of the role**:

- Trade marketing and promotional planning for existing and new products and brands.
- Collaborate closely with Japan Headquarter and Managing Director to implement the client's marketing strategy and methodology into marketing activities.
- Establish close relationships with brokers and distributors to offer training regarding products and promotions and conduct negotiations based on the marketing strategy/plans.
- Manage the new product plans, artworks of promotion tools, and marketing-related missions.
- Budget management and cost control within the marketing promotional activities.
- Data management and updating marketing and sales progress in the system.
- General administrative tasks and ad-hock duties if required.

**Profile**

**In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths**:

- Full professional English proficiency both in verbal and writing is required.
- Previous experience in any Marketing roles (ideally in FMCG in Australia and/or Japan).
- Planning, Corporate Sales, negotiation and/or stakeholder management experience can be considered.
- Passion for career growth and learning new things.
- Excellent negotiation skills and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multitasking, well-organized, self-motivated, and goal-orientated.
- Ability to work independently and perform well with minimum supervision.
- Professional business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Japanese speaking is plus but not essential.
- Full work rights in Australia and able to work full-time.
