As a Class Captain at My Gym, you will be responsible for leading and managing children's fitness classes, ensuring each session is enjoyable, safe, and educational. You will play a key role in delivering our curriculum, engaging with children and parents, and creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and instruct children's fitness classes, including warm-ups, exercises, games, and cool-downs
- Follow and implement My Gym's structured curriculum while adapting activities to suit the needs of each class
- Engage and motivate children, ensuring they are actively participating and having fun
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure children understand and perform activities safely
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for all class participants
- Collaborate with other My Gym staff to plan and improve class activities and programs
- Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment before and after classes

**Qualifications**:

- Enthusiastic and energetic personality with a passion for working with children
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to engage and motivate children in a positive and encouraging manner
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Experience in fitness, child care, education, or a related field is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

About Party Holder at My Gym, you will be responsible for organizing, leading, and ensuring the smooth execution of birthday parties and special events. You will be the main point of contact for parents and children, ensuring that every event is fun, safe, and memorable.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- High School (Year 9-11) (required)

**Experience**:

- Experience working with students: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

**Location**:

- Hornsby, NSW 2077 (preferred)

Work Location: In person
