Clinical Manager

Responsible for leading and developing a team to deliver all clinical and personal care services while ensuring compliance with all internal and external regulatory groups. They enhance operational procedures, systems, and principles in areas such as information flow, and management reporting in all clinical and personal aspects. (Should be willing to travel inter-state)
- Manages overall clinical and personal operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labour, productivity, quality and control, and safety measures as established and set.
- Encourages a culture of continuous improvement and review at the facility to guarantee that the Quality and Safety Standards are consistently met.
- Ensures that audit data is properly analysed and reviewed, and that opportunities for improvement are recognised and executed.
- Ensures that policies and procedures are up to date and accessible to all workers, and that compliance and execution are supported.
- Manages the workforce to ensure that resources are available to satisfy the needs of the service.
- Ensures that all new workers are properly initiated and oriented and that probationary reviews are conducted to assess the performance of newly appointed employees in accordance with the organisation's review process.
- Actively manage workplace health and safety procedures to reduce the risk of workplace injury and sickness and take the lead in returning injured employees to work through positive support and direction.
- Ensures that all feedback, including complaints, is managed effectively and efficiently as per the organisation's complaints and feedback handling policy and processes.
- Responds properly to situations posing a risk to the health, safety, and well-being of workers, clients, volunteers, contractors, or other relevant individuals.
- Monitors equipment safety and ensures that equipment is maintained and operated safely in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and organisational norms, and addresses any malfunction, disrepair, wear and tear, or breakdown as required according to policy and procedures.
- Improve client experience by delivering individualised centred design practices to ensure client needs are met and optimal communication is achieved with all clients and service providers enabling timely actions and excellent service.
- Complies with all Privacy Legislation obligations and Nursing Experts Services' confidentiality declarations when transmitting information about residents, personnel, and site operations.
**KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership role
- Proven experience in directing a team strategically and effectively to ensure smooth operations.
- Strong team and management skills with ability to wear many hats to successfully identify and resolve agency operational issues.
- Combination of strong people skills and strong administrative skills. 3.3 With at least 5 years of experience in Home Care/Healthcare or related field 3.4 Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must possess the skills in handling conflict resolutions and grievances within the company and for clients and families.
- Masters in a related field either clinical and business.
Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
