- Strong knowledge in spirits, beers and wine

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with our customers and work colleagues
- WSET 3 certification or Court of Master Sommeliers Certified level is favourable but not essential. Relevant experience in the hospitality industry may serve in its place.

- Experience with stock control and inventory management is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

- Advising dining customers on wine & beverage selections
- Work with the beverage team on receiving, storage & allocation of stock
- Conduct training and share knowledge with team
- Support the Food & Beverage Management team
- Assist in briefing staff on wine products & list changes
