Are you a dedicated Educator looking to make a lasting impact on the lives of preschool-aged children? Look no further Balmain Cove, nestled in the heart of Rozelle and Balmain, is seeking passionate Educators to join our family-style centre.

Your Role:
As an Educator at Balmain Cove, you'll play a crucial role in fostering a safe and stimulating educational environment that caters to the needs of both children and families. Your responsibilities will include:

- Active Team Member: Collaborate with fellow educators to create an engaging learning atmosphere.
- Curriculum Excellence: Encourage family participation in curriculum decisions, ensuring a tailored approach.
- Belonging & Morale: Cultivate a strong sense of belonging and team morale within the centre.
- Preschool Focus: Work closely with the preschool age group, shaping their educational journey.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education. (Certificate III or Diploma)
- Passion for fostering children's growth and development.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
