Are you an experienced Physiotherapist ready to step into a leadership role while still managing your own caseload? We’re seeking a dynamic Practice Principal to join our thriving multidisciplinary practice in Malvern on a full-time basis.

**In this **role you will be...**
- Developing and implement protocols and guidelines to maintain consistent quality across the network of clinics
- Ensuring high levels of satisfaction among patients and clients
- Maintaining consistently high standards of service delivery
- Acting as a liaison between the clinic and the larger network, facilitating communication, sharing best practices, and promoting the growth and success of the Lifecare network
- Provide mentoring to junior practitioners and facilitating pathways for practitioners to develop clinical expertise and rewarding careers.
- Providing high-quality treatment to our patients to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes
