**Our Family**:

- Hello We have a busy blended family of one girl (13) and three boys (9,10,12). We have had some wonderful Nannies in the past that our kids still have loving attachments with. Our current nanny has been with us for 3 years, and has moved to the Sunshine Coast so unfortunately can’t help us anymore. Since we are a blended family, all the kids are at Camp Hill with us for a week, then the other week the kids are with their other parents. So the job would be one week at Camp Hill with four kids, then the alternative week woth two of the kids who lives with their dad in Paddington. We have found this arrangement has worked incredibly well for us in the past and gives the kids continuity as well as giving our nanny similar working hours each week.

**Your Duties**:

- For a full day work - eg 7am to 5-6pm, it would involve dropping the two younger kids to school, then during the day help us catch up on kid’s washing and some meal prep/groceries. In the afternoons, pick up from school, drive to extra curricular activities, then getting dinner ready. The kids are all quite independent - they are expected to get themselves ready in the mornings, make their own lunches and be organized for their school days The two older kids are becoming more independent with public transport to/from school but still need help with shuffling to/from curricular activities some afternoons. We try to help out as much as possible. Eg one parent might finish early so can help drive kids or get dinner sorted. There might be other half days during the week where we would love help of you are free, but no worries if it doesn’t work for you. We like to stay flexible and will do our best to support and help you

**Our Perfect Caregiver**:

- I asked the kids who would be their ideal nanny They would like someone who is fun, funny, kind, smart (and can help with homework, haha), good at cooking, loving, patient, a good driver, can tell good stories, preferably a Brisbane Lions supporter (sorry the kids are AFL crazy) and will kick a football with them. As a parents, we would like someone who is trustworthy, experienced and reliable. We like our kids to be treated in a kind and fair way, but firm when needed We would like someone who encourages them to be responsible for themselves and helps grow their resilience.
