**Part-Time Head Barista (20-30 hours per week)**

Are you an experienced Barista passionate about crafting exceptional coffee experiences? Our client is seeking a skilled Part-Time Head Barista for a fast-paced venue on the Bellarine. Join our clients team and showcase your talent in a welcoming environment

**Your New Role**:
As our Part-Time Head Barista, you'll play a pivotal role in:

- Providing outstanding customer service whilst building relationships with valued regulars.
- Creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests.
- Managing cafe opening and closing procedures efficiently.
- Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, along with snacks.
- Ensuring high-quality coffee production even under pressure, maintaining a cheerful demeanour.
- Demonstrating expertise in Latte Art and possessing extensive coffee knowledge.
- Operating the POS system for orders and payments.
- Managing stock supplies and ensuring cleanliness of work and dining areas.

**What You Will Need to Succeed**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Barista in a high-volume setting.
- Proficiency in Latte Art techniques.
- Mandatory certifications: RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and Barista training.
