Carpet Cleaner

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough carpet cleaning, stain removal, and deodorizing using company-approved methods and equipment.
- Clean and maintain upholstery, rugs, tiles, and grout as required.
- Inspect areas for pre-existing damage, stains, or problematic spots, and communicate with clients accordingly, managing client expectations.
- Handle equipment with care, ensuring proper maintenance and storage after use.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, explaining cleaning procedures, and ensuring their satisfaction with the work.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies during all cleaning operations.
- Assist with other cleaning duties as required, including emergency cleanups or pest control support.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including time spent on jobs, materials used, and customer feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in carpet or upholstery cleaning (preferred, but not essential—training will be provided).
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Physical fitness.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to job sites within Redlands City and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and reliability.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.21 - $61.13 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
