**About the role**:
Our government client is seeking a data analyst to provide technical expertise to development of Power BI products.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Responsible for: In collaboration with MyHR, coordinate & conduct all activities to transition Integrity reporting to a Power BI environment, developing and assisting development of new Power BI reporting tools and processes.
- Working within the Technology workstream, providing technical expertise and experience to the establishment of all technology agreements, definitions, processes, infrastructure and reporting templates required to stand-up a Power BI instance for integrity reporting - accessing data from Resolve and other corporate databases.
- Work collaboratively with MyHR, ITB and IER to establish the foundations required to migrate current Integrity reports and analytics to a Power BI environment - aligned with existing MyHR business processes; Guide and support RSC team transition of reporting tools and processes into the new Power BI environment; Ensure compliance with information governance, security and privacy requirements.

**Highly desirable criteria**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
- Experience enacting similar roles, particularly within an ICT project, and strong understanding of Agile project methods, terminology and artefacts
- Highly developed process and data modelling skills, and understanding of system development methodologies
- Experience with SQL code analysis, report analysis and understanding table structures which have resulted in the development and implementation of a reporting solution, in one or more technology domains
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
