Commencing January 2025, St Peters Lutheran College Springfield is seeking a motivated and experienced leader of co-curricular sport who is excited to join our vibrant community and build a new sporting model.

Established in 2008 St Peters Springfield is a growing Kindergarten to Year 12 Co-Educational Day School of the Lutheran Church located in the master planned city of Springfield. Fostering contemporary approaches to teaching and learning, St Peters Springfield is committed to providing rich, personalised learning experiences that encourage student agency, academic progress and wellbeing. Together academic staff and corporate staff provide an outstanding educational environment for students to grow and flourish.

The purpose of this role is to support the St Peters Springfield in the provision of co-curricular sport by providing excellent planning and sports program leadership. It requires authentic, genuine leadership and a proven track record of building community and competency of co-curricular sports that engages and sustain participation and extend outstanding sportspeople. The role is part of a professional team, builds positive relationships, and assists with the provision and growth of holistic education at the College.
