About The Role

**Tasks may include but not be limited to**:
Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Safe Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure successful operation of production equipment
Meet daily production requirements to achieve Process Reliability (PR)
Perform machine set ups and changeovers, maintain flow of product through to packing
Maintain quality of products and associated documentation according to specifications
Communicate with departments including Quality, Maintenance and Material Handlers - escalate in case of deviations and issues

About You

You are an effective communicator and someone who enjoy's working alongside others in a dynamic and fast paced manufacturing environment. Someone able to think on their feet and able thrive under pressure.

**To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate**:
Previous experience working as a Machine/Production Operator in a food or beverages manufacturing environment
Ability to lift heavy contents of bulk ingredients
Familiar with HACCP
Computer literate
Team player and good communication skills
Fast learner and open to change, willing to try new approaches
Continuous improvement mindset
