**Responsibilities**

This role will see you following up on warm leads and existing business clients via phone, building relationships and ensuring customers are getting the most out of their subscription packages and the product.
You can expect to perform the following tasks:

- Re-establish and confirm customer needs
- Building trusting relationships where your client is comfortable sharing their thoughts, concerns, ideas and goals.
- Here you’ll be cross-selling, up-selling, collecting customer data and leveraging customer insights, to deliver first-class service to all stakeholders.
- Your customers know about this brand already sosay goodbye to pushy sales and hello to solution-based selling

**Key Requirements**
- Excellent communication ability, in both written and verbal English
- Ability to conduct a thorough needs analysis, asking the right questions to understand individual challenges
- Outstanding customer service and negotiation skills
- Proven experience resolving issues and proposing solutions
- Competitive mindset and love a friendly competition
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM is advantageous
- Call centre or phone-based experience is highly advantageous
