**Venture Smart i**s a 50/50 joint venture between **Ventia and Johnson Controls (JCI) **to providing ongoing Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) maintenance services & electrical capital works statewide for Main Roads WA.
- Our Electrical Capital Works team are currently seeking to employ a **Project Administrator** to team to assist in the planning and control of the execution of projects to monitor costs and ensure compliance with the specific project outcomes, specifications, program, environmental and safety requirements.This role will be based at the Main Roads depot in Jandakot and will report directly into the Construction Superintendent.**Benefits**

- Salary range: $80 000 - $100 000 (Total Fixed Remuneration ) Dependant on level of experience

**Primary focus and tasks associated with this role**
- Monitoring of road construction project and contract management functions
- Manage all project related document control activities, ensuring accurate record keeping and timely communication across stakeholders
- Client relationship development from contract award to delivery
- Assist the Construction Superintendent to monitor and provide accurate reporting on the performance and progress of the works/project scope
- Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly contractual reporting as required.
- Generate site-specific work orders for subcontractors and subsequent purchase orders
- Liaise with and prepare payment schedules in response to contractor claims and variations
- Submit practical completion documentation to the clients
- Certifying monthly payments to Works Contractors
- Actively participate with the Construction & Commercial Manager on contractual matters including subcontract and supplier arrangements
- Working with the finance team, assist with monthly progress claims
- Assist with organisation and material preparation for toolbox meetings
- Other administrative duties as required

**About you**
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience as a Projects Administrator in a similar industry
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Bi, highly desired.
- Intermediate experience in MS Suite (Word, Visio, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Demonstrated ability to perform accurate and rapid data processing
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
