**Your New Role**

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Intermediary Communications, the Intermediary Communications Manager is a key member of the Member Communications Team. You will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of straight talking and compelling business, adviser and union stakeholder communications.

**Key roles and responsibilities**
- Develop effective annual communication plans to support employer and adviser registrations, onboarding and welcome, including the transition phase, and ongoing servicing requirements.
- Work with key stakeholders to plan communications for advisers and employers on general Fund updates relating to regulatory, industry, product or service changes.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality transition and onboarding comms designed in a scalable was to support growth targets, including but not limited to employer onboarding, initial employee notification, welcome and education communications as well as tailored communications where appropriate.
- Continuously evaluate, assess and improve communications across all touchpoints to increase digitisation of communications and improve UX.
- Oversee and ensure that all communications delivered are compliant and adhere to approval processes, including the ongoing maintenance of all content to ensure accuracy of information in market.
- Lead, motivate and inspire the team of Intermediary Communication Consultants to ensure the annual communications plan is delivered.Collaborative partnership with business units and relevant stakeholders.

**What You’ll Need**
- Studying or have qualification in communications, marketing or related field.
- 10+ years’ experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Experience leading teams (direct, cross-functional or project).
- Well-developed written and oral communication/ interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas, perspectives and issues.
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload to deliver programs on-time, to budget to drive simple and engaging communications.
- Well-developed ability in converting technical concepts into plain language.
- Extensive experience project managing and developing a wide variety of end-to-end communications, including the writing, sign-off management, design management, production and distribution of communications across multiple channels for different audiences.
- Well-developed problem solving, analytical and organisational skills, with a high attention to detail.Proven track record to work with other parties to achieve project outcomes.
