**About the Company**

**About the role**

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following:

- Foster and maintain a collaborative, high-performing and client-oriented culture of continuous improvement to support delivery of EGR’s WHSE strategic objectives.
- Provide thought inputs, administrative and practical support to the EGR WHSE team.
- Assist with the achievement of operational goals and objectives and ensure legislation compliance is followed in alignment with appropriate WHSE policies, laws, regulations and procedures.
- WHSE support at all levels across the business for the implementation of WHSE strategies and practices.
- Support of the development of our safety leadership capability within our workforce and leadership team.
- Support a safe working environment where people feel engaged, rewarded and valued whilst adhering to EGR’s WHSE standards.
- Support the operations team to reach their full potential in achieving the WHSE goals and strategies in alignment with production objectives.

**About you**:

- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in WHS.
- Passion for a generalist WHSE activities.
- Proven ability to multi task and meet deadlines.
- A confident and flexible approach.
- Strong administrative skills with experience on full Microsoft suite.
- Openness to new ideas and a desire to work in a strong company that is committed to safety excellence.

To be successful you will need to be flexible, have a desire to be part of a dynamic environment, have the ability to develop solid relationships and work collaboratively with operational stakeholders and Senior Managers.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results orientated WHS Graduate, who will thrive in the rapidly changing and challenging advanced automotive and building products manufacturing environment and will take great pride in contributing to our ability to meet our WHSE commitments, whilst delivering high service and quality.
