**About the role**

You will be working collaboratively with the Lifestyle Manager and be responsible for encouraging individual residents to remain independent and to participate in a wide variety of meaningful activities that supports their needs, wishes and interest, while promoting their quality of life.

- Aged care experience with a demonstrated passion for enhancing the lives of our residents living with Dementia.
- Assist in designing activities with consideration of the residents culture, history, likes and preferences
- Assist residents with their recreational needs in a way that respects their dignity and privacy.
- Certificate III in Aged Care and/or Cert IV in Lifestyle and Leisure
- National Police Certificate
- Minimum 3 COVID-19 vaccinations and seasonal influenza vaccination
- Knowledge of WHS
- Evidence of right to work in Australia
