The role of Site Trainer will work in their on-site factory at their Mount Kuring-Gai cooked facility.

**About the role**
You will work with the Site Manager and will be responsible for the training and assessing of employees across the site and maintaining up to date and accurate records of all training as per Baiada National Standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- To coordinate, deliver and evaluate local training for all employees, agency, and contractors as per Baiada National Training Standard
- Provide support to Trainer Assessors and ensure currency in site training requirements on an as needed basis
- Conduct pre-start information/induction session for new employees
- Liaise with external training companies and coordinate training programs as requested by Management

**About you**

**You will have**:

- Certificate IV Training and Assessing
- Full working rights within Australia
- Intermediate computer skills and sound knowledge of MS Office Programs and organisational database systems
- Reliable method of transport to the site
